For every order there is a $100 shoot fee, then a fee of $5 per photo. This is meant to create a fair price for the both of us. If the house is smaller you pay less. If the house is larger I am compensated for the extra work.

Starting price of $350, this includes drone video, licensed music, and is usually within the 1-2 min range. Larger properties or longer videos may require an increase in price. Add on community drone video, like clips of the community pool, park, or golf course for just $50 more.

All of the important angles of the house from the sky. Usually about 15 photos, but I will shoot up to 20 photos if requested at no extra cost.

Another round of exterior photos just after sunset, meant to show the beauty and uniqueness of the home at the end of the day. Best for extravagant front and backyards with lots of exterior lighting but a good addition to any listing to show a contrast from the daytime photos.

A 3D tour with the Zillow 3D app. A solid tour that gives a tremendous advantage to listings on the Zillow website. Zillow rewards the listings that have used their software by giving them a boost in exposure over the listings that don’t.

A 3D tour with the Matterport software, the highest quality 3D tour there is. This 3D tour gives an overall better experience compared to the Zillow 3D tour.

Include Drone Community Video in the same video for $75 more.

Another drone video focused on the community amenities like the pool, parks, golf course, pickleball / tennis courts, and any other community amenities that are a selling point of the property and neighborhood.

Drone photos of community amenities, between 8-12 photos. Public / active places are challenging to get depending on the time of day as it is illegal to take photos of people without explicit consent. Please keep this in mind when scheduling. A lot of active communities have photos on file for realtors to use, try contacting the community manager or front office to see what they have.
